You know what class I would LOVE to take again?

A spin class!!! But after that ONE class I took back in June, my bum hurt for a week!! I’ve been terrified to go back ever since! But, good grief, that was one hell of an awesome workout. Anyone know what I can do to help with the pain? Do I just suck it up? Agghh. Don’t know if I can. I’m a chicken.

  1. fatcyclist answered: Cycling shorts (pearl izumi or something of that nature), but the thing that helps the most is to just keep going cause you get used to it ;)
