I want to try this! What alterations did you make?

Not very many alterations.

1) I used 1/4 cup of Stevia instead of Splenda. I might use less next time. It seemed a little to sweet, but I haven’t tasted the finished product yet. We’ll see.

2) I found a different kind of butter. I don’t know how much better it is than Smart Balance, but it’s made with Olive Oil and sea salt, has less calories, and is an “excellent source of omega 3.”

3) I ran out of Fiber One cereal, so I used my other Fiber rich cereal.

4) I found the Silken Firm Tofu, but I found another Silken Tofu one that had less calories, and is still organic. Plus, the packaging looks like it’s made more for sweet recipes. This stuff looks pretty good, btw. It’s USDA organic, low in fat, no cholesterol, no preservatives, gluten free, and has no genetically engineered ingredients.

It just got done baking, but I still have to wait for it to cool. At this rate, I probably won’t be able to eat any until tomorrow. POOH.
