BTW…about that cheesecake I baked.

Not so good. Haha. Tasted mostly of tofu, and the Stevia made it kind of bitter. The most Stevia I use in one thing is one packet. I drowned the taste out with a lot of fruit. lol.

I might have to find an alternative sweetener. Definitely not Splenda. Anyone know if Agave syrup is good? Or Honey Powder?

  1. thismakesmedurable answered: I just use honey or unsweetened applesauce. Dried fruit is great too (dates and raisins are my favorite!))
