HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! LMAO = LUNGING MY ASS OFF. Fucking Lunge/curls. I read this, and was like…”Why does that sound familiar?” Also hating the side lunge with the arm raises. Those hurt my ass the most after. I seriously feel like I fell on my butt right now.

Also, I’m behind on the 30DS, but I’ll be on Level 2 in a few days. I haven’t given up yet!

OOOoOoOooo!!! Thanks a bunch! I might not have to buy the DVD until day 20 then! 

ETA: I’m starting this on the 28th instead of May 1st. I figure that if I do decide to do Ripped in 30, I should give myself time to rest in between the two. I’M SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS.

There it is then. I’m doing the 30 Day Shred on May 1st. I’m kind of scared, but mostly excited. =D Maybe after the 30  Day Shred, I’ll do Ripped in 30. We’ll see. ;) And then…if I have the monies for it….Insanity or P90x. =O

A question about the 30 Day Shred…

I can’t buy the DVD until May 4, but I want to start it as soon as May 1st. Thankfully, level one is available on YouTube. My question is, how many days do we do Level 1?
