HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! LMAO = LUNGING MY ASS OFF. Fucking Lunge/curls. I read this, and was like…”Why does that sound familiar?” Also hating the side lunge with the arm raises. Those hurt my ass the most after. I seriously feel like I fell on my butt right now.
Also, I’m behind on the 30DS, but I’ll be on Level 2 in a few days. I haven’t given up yet!

There it is then. I’m doing the 30 Day Shred on May 1st. I’m kind of scared, but mostly excited. =D Maybe after the 30 Day Shred, I’ll do Ripped in 30. We’ll see. ;) And then…if I have the monies for it….Insanity or P90x. =O
