BTW…about that cheesecake I baked.

Not so good. Haha. Tasted mostly of tofu, and the Stevia made it kind of bitter. The most Stevia I use in one thing is one packet. I drowned the taste out with a lot of fruit. lol.

I might have to find an alternative sweetener. Definitely not Splenda. Anyone know if Agave syrup is good? Or Honey Powder?

I’m going to try Greek Yogurt today. I generally don’t like yogurt (yoplait?) at all. Do you recommend it? And does it taste better than regular yogurt?

Yoplait and most other yogurt is pretty disgusting IMO, not to mention full…

i personally love the taste of Fage with Stevia. its a little tangy but sweet at the same time, a lot thicker than american yogurt, and its just really good. i used to mix it with Barleans Omega Swirl - Strawberry Banana flavor (which you can find at whole foods). SO GOOD. :)

OOoo! I have Stevia! Gosh…so many good tips. I’m excited!
