Day 2 - Did Core Cardio & Balance yesterday morning, and joined my bf in doing Power & Resistance at his place after. Also lifted weights, and went to a Zumba Toning class.
Day 3 - Did Plyometrics with the bf this morning. NOTHING ELSE BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS SORE. Thigh, butt, and core. Ouchies!

Giving Insanity another shot.
Shit.
Boyfriend told me to just do Core Cardio & Balance for the last week of January, then start from the very beginning in February. So far this is my second day of CC&B. Should have been day 3, but because I skipped yesterday I said I’d do another round of Insanity with him later at his house. Yaaaaaay.
BTW, it’s 6am…..on my day off. Kill me. I want my bed. BUT NO MORE EXCUSES. I have two months until my cousin’s wedding. Now, excuse me….I’m gonna go lift weights.

I can’t buy the DVD until May 4, but I want to start it as soon as May 1st. Thankfully, level one is available on YouTube. My question is, how many days do we do Level 1?
…sucks!!! On one hand, I want to workout. I was planning on going to kickboxing, lifting weights, then go on the elliptical for 45 minutes while I watch Felicity on my phone. On the other hand, I’m so very tired from work. I just have zero energy right now. All I want to do is continue re-watching Felicity on Netflix, and maybe sleep super early. I don’t want to make excuses, but I just…I don’t know if I NEED a break today, or I SHOULD take a break today. Is there a difference? Someone tell me it’s OK? I’ve probably asked that before, but I feel like I’m doing something bad by not working out today.
Why am I always freezing after a workout? Brrrrrr!!!!
ETA: Also, are squats supposed to make my butt feel like I fell on them? ‘Cause that’s how they feel right now. Our instructor worked us hard this morning! I officially hate burpees!

Also, check out my new Hydration Backpack! ^.^ I’m so stoked to use this!
Sometime next week I’ll have to take a trip to Seattle to attend my first Flash Mob dance practice. Instead of taking a taxi, I decided to jog to the studio where the practice is going to be held. It’ll save me money, and make up for not going to the gym. Plus, I’ll be getting more exercise once we start learning the routine, and then it’ll be a down hill run to the ferry after practice.
I figured getting a hydration pack would be best. This way I won’t have to fumble around with a water bottle, and it’s big enough to hold a few essentials: extra t-shirt to change into, a book, wallet, keys, and I’ll have my iPhone attached to my arm.
Agh! I’m just so excited. I haven’t been to Seattle in a while, and this time I’ll be experiencing it in a whole new way! Stoked! I can’t wait for the run.
