It’s been a while, but here we go.
Starting weight: 218
Previous weight: Ugh…I don’t even want to talk about it. I was stuck between 182-179 for a while, going back and forth. Yeah, it was bad.
Current weight: 175.8
NEW Ultimate Weight Goal: 130
On the bright side, I’m finally off the plateau. I’m just shy 1.8 pounds away from my halfway mark. I’ll probably reach it sometime this week. *crossing fingers*

Previous weight (this past Thursday): 186.4
Current weight: 188.2 haha…oops.
I AIN’T EVEN MAD, THO! If I didn’t weigh myself of Thursday, I would still be happy with the numbers.
I did kind of over eat a few times. I kept getting hungry quickly after meals. It was weird. Also, we went out for Chinese on Thursday, and I had Sbarro’s pizza last night. =P

Current weight: 186.4!!!!
I know, I know! I cheated and weighed myself earlier than usual, but I was super worried and stressed that I wasn’t losing anything! Even after adding an extra hour of workout everyday! But yeah…wow! I did not expect to be in the 180s!!!! Holy cow! I have officially lost 30+ pounds!
But there still is a little cause for concern. At most, I would lose 2 pounds a week, and I was good with that. Two pounds a week is the healthiest amount of weight to consistently lose. So, 7 pounds is quite a bit more than I expected, but that doesn’t mean I’m not stoked about it! After my little hiccup a couple weeks ago? Heck no! And I’m ahead of schedule, so that’s good.
I’m still weighing myself on Saturday, though. I wouldn’t be upset if I was still at 186 then,’cause I did shockingly well this week considering all of my mom’s awesome cooking! And I am watching my portions, so there must be that.
